WAXHAW ART STUDIO ADDITION

This high-end Waxhaw home addition transformed an existing second-floor pool facing deck into a light-filled enclosed art studio, creating a private retreat tailored for creativity. To seamlessly connect the new space to the outdoors, we integrated a spiral staircase down to the pool deck, giving the homeowner both functional access and an elegant design feature.

After exploring several exterior design iterations with the client, KSDS developed a full permit and construction set to bring the vision to life. We also provided coordination with structural and interior teams, ensuring a cohesive and efficient process from concept through completion.
